Per ogni programma vengono stabiliti degli interventi prioritari sulla base delle necessità rilevate sul campo, con il coinvolgimento di tutte le parti interessate nella progettazione e nella realizzazione delle attività. Con le sue campagne, NPSG svolge attività di sensibilizzazione e stimola il dibattito pubblico attraverso azioni prettamente politiche e mediante l'attuazione di programmi rilevanti, quali incontri internazionali e regionali. Questi sono spesso organizzati in collaborazione con il governo del Paese ospitante al fine di promuovere la cooperazione tra istituzioni pubbliche, organizzazioni non-governative e altri attori della società per conferire alle parti coinvolte la proprietà sia dell'impulso politico che dei risultati.
Le attività dei programmi di Non c'é Pace Senza Giustizia vengono attuate attraverso progetti multi-regionali sostenuti da diversi donatori, coinvolgendo altre ONG, attori della società civile, decisori politici e istituzioni di alto livello, parlamentari, esponenti di governo e istituzioni intergovernative.
